The program allows us to facilitate the private placements of loans to emerging markets between the ranges of $1m - $100m USD for qualified borrowers. Titus Holdings experienced structured financing team is able to utilize the following instruments as collateral for the Financial Guarantee Private Lending Program: |
- Bank-issued guarantees from top 50 Worldwide International Banks;
- Letters of Credit from "A+" rated top 50 International Banks;
- Insurance Bonds from "A" rated Bond Issuers
- Government Issued Sovereign Guarantees
- Government Bonds, T-Bills, Promissory Notes, MTNs
- Corporate Bonds backed by 144A registered Guarantors

| The transaction is extremely straight-forward and can be completed, in most instances, within one to four weeks of the guarantee-issuer submitting a Letter of Request for Funding and Willingness to issue Bank Guarantee on Borrower's BANK Letterhead. |
