| Titus Holdings’ “BE YOUR OWN BOSS” SME CHALLENGE is designed to promote and stimulate entrepreneurship spirit among West African youth and aspiring small-to-medium sized businesses to gain access to start-up funding for their business ventures. |
| The Competition will be drawn every quarter. Each random draw will feature five winners (5) who will receive GHC 200,000.00 to start their own business. Winners will have to complete a six-week intensive entrepreneurship course and a certificate of completion. The full blown business plan will be supervised by a team of seasoned business executives who will mentor and oversee the success of the business venture. |
| The “BE YOUR OWN BOSS” SME CHALLENGE aims at growing 20 SME businesses a year with a minimum job creation of about 1000. |
